The Legacy of Bradley Veterinary Hospital
Bradley Veterinary Hospital began as a dream rooted in service and community care. Over 50 years ago, dedicated veterinarian Jerry Bancroft, set out to make a difference, practicing out of the back of his truck to meet the needs of local animals and their families. Recognizing the growing demand for accessible veterinary care within the county, he turned his dream into a reality. His determination led him to purchase a small property, where he transformed a quaint, old restaurant into a makeshift clinic, providing the foundation for what would become a cornerstone of the community. As his practice grew, so did his vision. With unwavering commitment, he acquired a building from downtown Cleveland, a decision that would permanently shape the hospital’s future. In a feat of engineering and persistence, the building was hauled in two pieces to its current location, symbolizing both the resilience of the founder and the hospital’s enduring mission to serve.
